Goa Games - Cookie Policy
Read the Goa Games cookie policy: the cookies this site uses, why we use them, and how you can manage, disable, or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device, computer, tablet, or smartphone, when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on return visits, remember your preferences, and keep your session active while you navigate. Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other files stored on your device.
Goa Games uses both session cookies, which expire automatically when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a defined period until they expire or you delete them. We also deploy first-party cookies set directly by goagameindia.com and third-party cookies placed by integrated service providers such as analytics platforms and payment processors including PhonePe and BHIM UPI.
Our cookies fall into four categories: (1) Strictly necessary: essential for account login and secure game sessions; (2) Performance and analytics: anonymised data on page visits and load times; (3) Functional: storing your language, region, and display preferences; and (4) Targeting: supporting relevant promotional content and campaign measurement.
How we use cookies
Goa Games uses cookies to deliver a secure, personalised experience to every player. Strictly necessary cookies maintain your authenticated session so you are not logged out mid-game and ensure that transactions processed through PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and BHIM UPI are correctly linked to your account. Without these cookies, core gameplay and wallet operations, including deposits and withdrawals, cannot function reliably.
Performance cookies collect anonymised data on which game categories attract the most visits, where users encounter errors, and how quickly pages load across different networks. Unlike account-linked data, this information does not identify you personally. We use these insights to prioritise platform improvements and optimise load times for low-bandwidth mobile connections common across many parts of India, from metro cities to tier-2 towns.
Functional cookies remember your preferred language, your state or region for localised promotions, and your notification settings, making return visits faster and more relevant. Targeting cookies, set by us or trusted third-party partners, present bonus offers and game recommendations based on your on-site activity. You may opt out of targeting cookies at any time without restricting your ability to play.
