Use of the site

Eligibility

By accessing or using Goa Games at goagameindia.com (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law, and not prohibited from using the Site under any applicable law or regulation. Residents of Indian states where online gaming contests are restricted by local legislation must not register or participate. If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Permitted use

You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service. Account responsibilities

If you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You agree to notify Goa Games immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. When making deposits or withdrawals, you may use supported payment methods including UPI platforms such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and BHIM, as well as net banking and debit cards.

You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details submitted are accurate and belong to you. Goa Games will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account information or payment credentials.

Intellectual property

Ownership

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content, is the exclusive property of Goa Games or its licensors. This content is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. No implied licence or right is granted to you merely by virtue of accessing the Site.

Restricted use of content

No content from the Site may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior express written permission of Goa Games. This prohibition applies equally to screen captures, derivative works, and third-party mirror sites. Any unauthorised use of the Site's content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Indian law, including provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

User-submitted content

Limitation of liability

No warranties

Cap on liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Goa Games, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gameplay, even if Goa Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Goa Games to you for any claim exceed the amount you deposited into your Goa Games account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-party services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party payment processors, including UPI service providers such as PhonePe and GPay. Goa Games has no control over the content, privacy practices, or reliability of these third-party services and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on them. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.
